Aqua Best Big Blue water filtration system with UV-Ultraviolet Water Sterilizer is a comprehensive point-of-entry (POE) system designed to filter water as it enters a home’s plumbing system. This ensures chemical-free filtered water is available at every faucet and water source throughout the house, providing safe and clean water for drinking, cooking, and bathing.
The filtration process consists of four stages:
Stage 1: Sediment Filtration (5 Micron): A 5-micron sediment filter is used to remove larger particles such as sediment, silt, rust, and loose particles, ensuring the water is clear and free from visible impurities.
Stage 2: CTO-Activated Carbon Block Filtration: An activated carbon filter is employed to remove chlorine, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), bad tastes, and odors from the water, enhancing its quality and taste.
Stage 3: Sediment Filtration (1 Micron): A 1-micron sediment filter is used to further remove any remaining sediment, silt, rust, or loose particles, ensuring crystal-clear water.
Stage 4: Sterilization Filter (UV Light): The system utilizes a stainless steel UV light to sterilize the water. UV rays are effective at destroying 99.99% of harmful microorganisms without adding chemicals or altering the taste or odor of the water.
By employing this multi-stage filtration process, the Aqua Best Big Blue with UV water filtration system ensures that the water supplied throughout the entire house is safe, clean, and free from contaminants. The UV sterilization stage provides an added layer of protection by effectively eliminating harmful microorganisms, offering peace of mind and a reliable solution for water purification needs.
