de-mineralize filter is a crucial component that elevates the performance of a full-size Reverse Osmosis (RO) system to achieve even higher levels of filtration. It serves as an excellent inline filter, especially for individuals residing in areas with significantly high levels of TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLIDS (TDS) in their tap water.

The post deionizer filter further refines the water by targeting the small percentage of contaminants that the RO membrane may not have fully removed. This filtration process achieves a purity level of greater than 99.99%. As a result, the deionization filter ensures that the output water has extremely low TDS, conductivity attainable less than 0.1uS/cm, or a resistivity close to 18 meg.ohm.

By attaching the deionization filter with the RO unit, the system acts as a convenient post RO filtration DI unit (RO/DI unit), providing essential supplementary filtration to remove most impurities and produce pure, polished product water. This is particularly beneficial in areas with hard water or high TDS levels.

The deionization filter effectively produces water with 99.99% purity, achieving 0 ppm TDS and exceptionally low conductivity levels. It significantly enhances the quality of water output from the RO system, making it an indispensable component for those seeking the highest level of water purification in areas with challenging water conditions.

The RO/DI system is widely used in various applications, including laboratory and scientific research, aquariums, hydroponics, pharmaceutical manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, and any other industry where ultra-pure water is essential. Its ability to deliver 99.99% pure water makes it a reliable and efficient solution for critical water purification needs

Description

Reverse Osmosis Deionization (RO/DI) System is an advanced water purification system that combines two distinct processes to produce high-quality, ultra-pure water. It is commonly used in various industries and applications where water with extremely low levels of contaminants and impurities is required.

The system first employs Reverse Osmosis (RO), which uses a semipermeable membrane to remove a wide range of impurities, including dissolved solids, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants. The RO process is highly effective in producing clean and purified water.

Following the RO process, the water undergoes Deionization (DI), where any remaining charged ions (such as minerals and salts) are removed from the water. Deionization involves the use of ion exchange resins that attract and trap ions, resulting in exceptionally pure water with minimal conductivity.

By combining both Reverse Osmosis and Deionization, the RO/DI system achieves a level of water purity that surpasses traditional RO systems. It can produce water with extremely low Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and conductivity levels, often reaching 0 ppm TDS and close to 18 meg.ohm resistivity.
